These Policies are in place to ensure you are coming to your appointments. I do set up early and when you decide to cancel or no show I end up wasting products. I hope you understand this is for security. Deposits - deposits vary depending on service. - deposits are required for an appointment. - deposits DO go toward your service total. - You can reschedule ONE time with the same deposit, otherwise deposit will be forfeited and you’ll need to submit another deposit for a new appointment. Late Policy - There is a 4 minute grace period. 5 minutes will be $5 and starting from there it will be $1 every minute you’re late. Once you reach 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the late fee plus 50% of your service total. This applies to any “No show” clients as well. Any deposits will be forfeited. Cancellation Policy - Deposits will be forfeited for any cancellation/No Shows. Unless I am the one to cancel. - You may cancel 48 hours before your appointment. Anything after the 48 hour window you will be charged 50% of the total services you have booked. Deposits can be used for ONE reschedule. - Cancelling and then rescheduling an appointment within 24-48 hours does not forfeit the cancellation fee. Press On Nail Set Orders - Payments are to be made in full when buying. - I do not offer refunds but I do offer to fix nails (not a full set or it will be considered a new order)
